Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support organizational transformation initiatives within a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled at guiding teams through process, technology, and organizational changes-preferably with experience in the legal industry or other highly regulated sectors.

This role will work onsite in St. Louis office and collaborate closely with project managers, department leaders, attorneys, and administrative teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, policies, and workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
  • Partner with project leadership to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and create tailored communication strategies to support impacted groups.
  • Design and deliver training materials, job aids, presentations, and other documentation to support adoption.
  • Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and measure adoption progress.
  • Track and report change readiness and adoption metrics.
  • Ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational goals, compliance needs, and industry best practices.
  • Provide hands-on support to end users during rollout and stabilization phases.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in change management, organizational transformation, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in professional services, law firms, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Prosci or other change management certification is a plus.
  • Experience supporting legal operations, case management implementations, or firm-wide technology rollouts.

Contract Details

  • Full-time contract role
  • Onsite in St. Louis
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
